In the heart of Beqaa, Mr. Hammoud embarked on a journey to transform his house into a cutting-edge “Smart House” without the upheaval of extensive renovations. Embracing a retrofit approach, the design sought to ingeniously integrate automation into the existing infrastructure, delivering a host of automated conveniences.

Hammoud’s vision was to enhance his living space without the need for tearing everything apart. The retrofit strategy gracefully piggybacks on the home’s pre-existing infrastructure, introducing automation into key aspects of daily life.

Curtains elegantly glide open and closed, heating and cooling systems respond to his preferences with a simple touch, and gates gracefully obey commands. It’s a seamless blend of technology and existing comforts, ushering in the era of smart living in Beqaa.
