Founded in 1985, IBS Automation is not simply a smart engineering solutions provider — we are the product of four decades of hands-on experience, built by people who have navigated every major technology shift in the industry and still show up every morning to build something better.

A journey through time. Our roots lie in Industrial Power and Control, the foundation on which we learned what reliable electrical engineering actually requires. As the industry evolved, we expanded into Building and Residential Automation, adopting new technologies and methodologies early rather than waiting for them to become safe bets.

Diversification and excellence. By 2014 we had broadened our range to include intrusion systems, fire alarms, audio/video integration, networking, and more — a comprehensive answer to what clients actually needed from a single integrator. In 2015 we became a KNX Partner and began accumulating the certifications that underscore our commitment to doing this work to a professional standard.

Pioneering DMX Sound-to-Light. 2018 brought another milestone: our introduction of DMX Sound-to-Light and professional Audio solutions. The new capability let us create immersive environments where sound and lighting choreograph together — from private home cinemas to commercial venues and event spaces.
